🕊️ Homework for the Week – Refill Your Cup Intentionally
1. The Cup Check: Each morning this week, pause and ask: What is my soul asking for today? Write it down. Examples: rest, quiet, movement, connection, or prayer.

🌸 1. Begin the day with stillness instead of scrolling. Before reaching for your phone, sit in silence, breathe deeply, and whisper, “God, guide my day.” ☕️ Worship through intention.
🌿 2. Cook your meal with gratitude instead of rushing. Pray over each ingredient, thanking God for nourishment and provision. 🥣 Worship through mindfulness.
💜 3. Write one thank-you note or message of encouragement. Let someone know they’re seen and loved — not for gain, but for grace. 💌 Worship through kindness.
🌻 4. Rest without guilt. Take a nap, light a candle, or step outside. Allow yourself to simply be. 🌤️ Worship through rest.
🌼 5. Tidy a space with joy instead of frustration. Play worship music while cleaning or organizing — transforming the ordinary into sacred rhythm. 🏡 Worship through stewardship.
🌷 6. Move your body gently. Stretch, dance, or walk as a way of saying, “Thank You, Lord, for this vessel.” 🕊️ Worship through movement.
🌺 7. Speak life. When stress rises, pause and declare one truth: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” 💬 Worship through words.
🌹 8. Finish one delayed task — peacefully. Send that email, fold that laundry, or complete that journal entry — without rushing, without self-criticism. 🕯️ Worship through completion.

2. Digital Sabbath Unplug for 24 hours — no scrolling, no comparing, no “should-be’s.” Spend that time walking, journaling, or reading scripture that reminds you who you are in Him. 📖 Worship through stillness.
🌸 3. Mirror Moment Look in the mirror and speak life over yourself. Say: “I am fearfully and wonderfully made. My path is my own.” Then thank God for your unique story. ✨ Worship through affirmation.
🌻 4. Gratitude Scroll Instead of scrolling social media, scroll your blessings. Write down five things God has already done in your life — big or small — and reflect on how far you’ve come. 📜 Worship through remembrance.
🌷 5. Replace Comparison with Connection If you’re tempted to envy someone’s success, pause and pray for them. Then thank God for what He’s cultivating in you. 🤝 Worship through intercession.
🌺 6. Nature Reset Step outside without headphones or distractions. Feel the breeze, watch the sky, and remember — everything grows at its own pace, including you. 🌤️ Worship through awareness.
🌼 7. Create, Don’t Consume Instead of watching others’ highlight reels, use your energy to build. Write a paragraph in your journal, create a new design, or record a voice note of encouragement. 🎨 Worship through creativity.
